British Open for Kids at Chilton Magic Garden

While the adults are competing in the lovely weather for the British Open title and mums and dads cheer at every hole we offer the parallel magic outdoors to your children.

For a whole day or indeed the whole week we offer the British Open Outdoors for your children at the magical setting of Chilton Magic Garden, in the Alkham Valley, 20 mins from Sandwich.

The ethos of the day is to enjoy nature, trees, fields and wildlife while others compete. You can immerse yourself in the outdoors experiences of bushcraft of fire lighting and cooking and be creative with shelter building and discover and explore the wildlife around you.

Experience games of archery tag, laser sling shot challenge, buggy timed race in the natural stadium, dodgeball in the open fields, trekking, hide and seek, scavenger hunts and the Kilamangaro climb in the woods. Or take the time to relax, listen or take part in telling stories under the majestic willow tree. The. Choice is yours.
